Chapter 19 -- Universal Principles (The Journey Edition)
....
Means and Ends
Means and ends are the same. The action and outcome are
one.
To achieve peace, we feel and express our inner
peacefulness. To enjoy a life that works perfectly, we see
and feel the perfection of everything and everyone,
including ourselves. To experience the natural abundance of
the Universe, we feel and express gratitude for everything
just the way it is.

Chapter 16 -- Further Reflections
....
Peace
Although the anger and desire for retaliation has led to
aggressive action, there is also a surge in the desire to
have this lead to peace. This contravenes the Principle of
Means and Ends -- the action and the outcome are one. In
other words, when we choose to wage war to bring about
peace, we end up with more war. The only way we create more
peace is by choosing peaceful means.
