[THE SOUL KNOWS]

Question:

I have been a disciple of your thoughts, explanations and philosophy for well over ten years now. I try to live by the universal principles. And unlike how I used to be when I first became a believer, I rarely -- if ever -- evangelize the message. (I used to drive folks nuts!).

Anyway, here at work, a colleague and I will occasionally discuss things as they relate to the principles, to creating one's own environment, self-script writing, etc., etc., etc. He recently asked me to "explain" the river accident in Oklahoma recently whereby a barge ran into a bridge and some 12 or so folks were killed. I tried to explain it but I fell short -- at least in his eyes. Tell me why we believe that all of the folks in that river "play" wrote their own scripts and created their own environment -- even death! And how could so many folks all be writing the same script at the same time on that bridge? .... kinda like when a airliner goes down. It's so difficult for me to explain how folks in that plane/on that bridge/etc. created that scenario.

Help me out here partner. Thanks!

Answer:

Seeing ourselves solely from our human perspective is a limited and incomplete view. Each of us is the Presence of God -- the perspective we have from our Soul Selves. The Soul knows who we really are and that we can't die.

The experiences that we have as humans, such as going down in airplanes, or falling from bridges, are not fatal. They are not accidental. They are intentional experiences that we choose to have. They are explorations of the human condition -- an experience that is by its nature one of limitation -- intentionally totally opposite to our natural and real state of being as the God Presence.

For a more complete explanation of this, I suggest that you read my new book, THE JOURNEY. You can find out how to order the book in the Arnold's Books section of this website.
