[DISGUISES]

Question:

At the moment I feel discouraged that I can really change the results I'm getting. I know I have let go of a lot of negativity since I began committing to releasing judgment and opening my heart and practicing the feeling exercise regularly about 15 months ago. My relationship to my son is vastly improved, and my relationship to my life partner Eva is much more stable and loving. Yet there is still a lot of anger and hatred in me, and difficulty believing in myself and acting on my inspirations. I know I've taken on a big job to release a lifetime of negativity and that it will take time. Can you relate to this? Were there or are there times when you feel as though you are hopeless?

Answer:

Many people hide their power in the disguise called "hopelessness." And, yes, I used this disguise. Anger, hatred and negativity are additional disguises. As the creator of them, you can use the same ingenuity and commitment you used to bring them into being and keep them alive to open the energy hidden in these places.
