[IT'S ONLY MAKE BELIEVE]

Question:

You say: "The negative things that happen to us are due to our negative thoughts".  Coming from a Christian background I never accepted completely what the religious people try to teacher us that Jesus Christ died in the cross to save us from our sins todayÉ.

Do you think that Jesus Christ had negative thoughts?  What did cause him to be betrayed by one of his friends?  That makes me think it's impossible not to have negative thoughts, even a person like Jesus Christ that was a great master couldn't control his thoughts and had some negative thoughts.  How can we expect not to have?  Jesus Christ didn't have the capacity to create an environment that was loving and supportive and harmonious.  How can you explain it?

Answer:

Negativity is something we made up as part of our human experience.  There is no such thing as negativity (or anger, shame, violence or poverty).

The stories about Jesus are also made up.  In the beginning of his human journey, he hid some of his power.  When he reclaimed his power, he experienced everything as a reflection of his divinity and majesty.

You are that same divine, majestic being making believe you are not.  However, you cannot undo who you really are.

That you convinced your Self that you are not a divine, majestic being is a brilliant accomplishment  --  something to appreciate.  For without that accomplishment you don't get to play in the human.  And getting to play in the human is why you are here.
